| What payment methods can I use to pay my accounts? |
| You may pay any accounts with RackCorp through credit card, International Money Transfer, or Paypal. If you wish to pay by credit card, we process VISA and
Mastercard credit cards only. If you are not able to pay using these methods, please contact us to
discuss any alternative payment methods, and we will try to accommodate you. However, we generally ONLY accept these payment
methods.

| Late Payments or Non-payment of invoices: |
All services from RackCorp are pre-paid, unless otherwise stated. The customer is requested to make payment for invoices generated
and forwarded to them by the due date. RackCorp has a strict policy regarding non-payment: If an invoice is more than 5 days overdue,
any services contained on the invoice will be temporarily suspended. If the invoice has not been paid for more than 21 days past
the original due date, the services contained on the invoice will be terminated. No data or IP belonging to the client will be able
to be accessed until full payment is made. There will be an account re-instatement fee of US$20 for continued service once full
payment is made.
If you foresee a problem making a certain payment on time, please contact your account manager or email accounts@rackcorp.com
to organise a payment schedule in which case late fees and suspension may be waived.
