| What locations can I colocate my equipment in? |
Although we have many hosting server locations, and dedicated server locations, we can only offer colocation services in the
Australia (all states). All other global datacenters that we house our servers in are only for dedicated servers.
If your systems & services required specialised hardware, ask us here and we may be able to facilitate
your request by providing that hardware (or similar hardware), and we would bill you an agreed rental fee of the equipment.

| Do I need a dedicated server for my website, or is 'shared hosting' ok? |
Depending on the requirements you have will depend if you need a dedicated server or if hosting on one of our shared hosting servers
will be ok. A dedicated server gives you sole rights to all of the processor power of the server, all of the memory, and all of the
hard disk space. You only need a dedicated server for your website if you need full access of all of the server's resources; ie:
if you have a high volume of consistent traffic, a large number of visitors each day, or if you have specialised services &
applications running (such as multimedia applications).
Dedicated server hosting is more expensive than shared hosting, and although much more powerful and robust to handle the demand of
certain websites, is not required unless your website relies upon it.

| Dedicated hosting or colocation hosting, which is better for me? |
There are a number of advantages and disadvantages of choosing either dedicated hosting or colocation hosting. It really depends
on what works best for you, the cost and feasibility of each, and the availability. Some points to consider:
- Dedicated Server: you do not need to purchase your own equipment
- Dedicated Server: monthly cost is higher than colocation to cover the rental of hardware
- Colocation Server: any hardware fails may result in delays in getting replacement hardware
- Colocation Server: initial cost is high, but in the long term the overall cost is lower

| Am I restricted in what I am able to host on a RackCorp dedicated server? |
| While we may not list every service that may not be hosted on a RackCorp dedicated server, let it be known that will will terminate
any service that breaches the laws of the country that the service is in, or the countries that the service may access. We also DO NOT
allow OPEN proxy servers, OPEN VPN servers, or IRC servers, and will terminate the accounts of users found to be operating these services. If we
receive any complaints from anyone regarding the improper use of our servers and/or services, we will investigate and give
warning to you. If you have not rectified the issue in the allocated time given to make any necessary changes, your account may
be suspended or terminated.
