What are the RackCorp email settings?
The typical email settings for configuring your email account are as follows:

username: your email address (eg:name@yourdomain.com)
password: your email password assigned at time of account signup
mail server type: POP3
incoming mail server: mail.rackcorp.com
outgoing mail server: mail.rackcorp.com
Can I access my email from any computer?
You certainly can. Provided the computer you are using has Internet access, you may access your email through our webmail site at http://webmail.rackcorp.com
I can log into my webmail and read my email, but I can't send or receive any new mail?
Your storage space on the server may have reached it's limit. You will not be able to send or receive email from your webmail account if your storage space on the server is full. You will need to download your emails to a computer, through an email program such as Microsoft Outlook Express. Please remember that any emails that you send from webmail will be stored in your webmail 'Sent Items' folder on the server, and you should regularly delete these through webmail to ensure you do not clog up your storage space.
I am trying to send an email with a large attachment, but it will not send. What do I do?
There is a maximum file size limit on emails that are sent or received through your email account. The maximum file size will depend on the type of email account you have with us. If you find that your current limits prevent you from sending your required day-to-day emails, please contact us, and we may be able to offer you a higher plan with a higher maximum file size limit.

Another useful tip in sending large emails - if the email contains many attachments, try to break up the number of attachments into several smaller emails, and you should be able to successfully send / receive these emails.
