| PLATINUM Service Level Agreement (SLA) Guarantee - Web & Email Hosting |
We guarantee that if we go down for more than 0.1% of the month, then you get that month for FREE.
It's that simple! This guarantee is named our SLA - our service level agreement - and it applies to all of our shared webhosting plans.
Whether you are a personal user, a small business, or an enterprise requiring critical uptime, we guarantee our service for all.
Downtime (or an outage), is defined as the inability to access services for which a customer has paid. There are some conditions on our SLA guarantee, and they are as follows:
- Outages caused by denial of service attacks, regardless of the target, are not counted as SLA outages
- Outages caused by the customers themselves are not counted as SLA outages
- Network connectivity issues which are not directly attributable to RackCorp as the cause are not counted as SLA outages
RackCorp reserves the right to discontinue service to customers who make a claim on 3 or more SLA guarantees in a six month period.
