| What is RackCorp's acceptable use policy? |
The acceptable use policy for RackCorp is quite simple:
DON'T BREAK THE LAW!
In slightly more words, the following rules do apply:
- Do not use, store, or otherwise transit any potentially copyrighted material through the use of our services
- Do not use our services to send unsolicited emails or SPAM.
- Do not use our services to intentially degrade, disrupt, modify, or break the services, hardware, assets, infrastructure, IP,
or any other tangibles or non-tangibles of RackCorp or any other company or individual.
- Do not abuse RackCorp staff - they are here to help you.
- Do not help facilitate any of the above (this includes providing things like proxies - WE DO NOT ALLOW PROXY SERVICES).
Proper investigation will be conducted after receiving a complaint of any of the above. If we feel that the infringement was deliberate
by the account holder and against the good faith of RackCorp or the Internet, then we reserve the right to terminate the account immediately and there will be
no refund.
