We recommend all customers to bookmark this reference in case our services ever have any issues where you find you cannot access our site from your particular location. This way you will still be able to see the status of your services with us.
RackCorp Portal Two-Factor Logon Security
We have recently completed an upgrade that will allow our customers to use hardware security tokens to log into the RackCorp portal. If you would like to enable your account for hardware security tokens and send them out to you, there is a small fee associated with this:
Per user - $30 setup, $10/mth/user
Blocks of 5 users - $150 setup, $6/mth/user

This is mainly useful for customers requiring PCI compliance across all their services where we earlier had to disable certain features of their account for them to be compliant.
RackCorp DNS Upgraded to v1.2 Globally
We have recently upgraded our DNS system from rackcorpdns-1.1 to rackcorpdns-1.2. A significant part of this update is that changes made in the RackCorp portal now take around 30 seconds to be published live to all of our DNS servers globally, rather than the 5 minutes you had to wait before. This effort will mainly help those utilising DNS as a form of failover technique. In addition, we will be multi-casting some of our DNS servers globally over the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
