PLATINUM Service Level Agreement (SLA)

- For Virtual Servers, CLoud Servers, Web & Email Hosting

Our SLA guarantee states if your services are offline for more than 0.1% of the month (43 minutes), you will receive that month free. It's that simple! and it applies to all of our virtual servers, cloud computing instances, and shared webhosting & email plans. In comparison two other major global cloud providers only provide a 100% credit once your services have been offline for 7 or 36 hours.

Less than 99.9% - 100% credit (Entire month is FREE)

GOLD Service Level Agreement (SLA)

- For Dedicated Servers and Colocation

Our SLA guarantee states if your services are offline for more than 0.05% of the month (20 minutes) you will be credited for part and/or all of your payment for the month reflected on your next invoice.

Less than 99.95% - 15% credit

Less than 99.90% - 25% credit

Less than 99.80% - 50% credit

Less than 99.70% - 100% credit (Entire month is FREE)

ALWAYS Service Level Agreement (SLA)

- For High-Availability Environments

Our ALWAYS guarantee states if your services are offline for more than 0.01% of the month (4 minutes) you will receive that month free. This SLA is a custom subscription model for managed environments that gives customers the knowledge that RackCorp will build and verify configurations to be fault tolerant. In comparison other major global cloud providers only provide a 10% credit if your services are offline for more than 4 minutes.
