RackCorp is proud to offer our users the exact same Microsoft email experience as a managed service hosted on our own infrastructure wolrd wide. You can easily add and manage Exchange mailboxes through the RackCorp portal seamlessly, the e same way as normal mailboxes.

What is exchange

Hosted Exchange refers to Microsoft’s own email service/software called “Exchange”. Which is typically hosted within a business or corporation’s IT environment either on premises or in private, hybrid or public clouds

WHAT WE OFFER?

Data Sovereignty

Given our worldwide presence (24 datacentres, 20 cities, 14 countries as of Quarter 3, 2020) we are able to offer locally or close to hosted services worldwide, we will fulfil your data sovereignty requirements. Data sovereignty is not guaranteed or assured using Microsoft’s own-hosted email. Personal data is often and traditionally has been hosted offshore.

Backups/Disaster Recovery

Hosted Exchange with RackCorp is geographically redundant and backed up. This means our disaster recovery zone is in a different country or region to the primary site where possible. This is also traditionally not the case with email hosted directly with Microsoft

Migration

As part of the setup process, we can backup and transfer your existing Outlook mailboxes from your old provider for you. We are so confident that our service speaks for itself that we will even help you leave RackCorp should you wish to do by helping to export your data to the ongoing provider.

Support and Service

English speaking, Australian based technical support via phone or email is available with all our products and services. Additionally, should you desire to obtain further cloud services from RackCorp. There are no additional portals or separate logins to maintain or remember nor unique settings. We take care of all that with our portal infrastructure.

Flexibility

If you require we can migrate, host your own Microsoft exchange environment running our infrastructure and bare metal or Virtual Machines and have it all supported by our own in-house engineers, host with us but self-support or simply subscribe to hosted exchange mailboxes ad-hoc
