Sophisticated real-time monitoring and 'trend analysis' involving data being collected and analysed for patterns of activity (or non-activity), allows our NOC to take proactive action when required, this proactive approach has ensured the uninterrupted provision of cloud services to thousands of businesses around the world with Mission Critical applications and solutions.

Our platform also allows clients to configure monitoring alerts for their infrastructure and applications so their internal teams can receive system notifications, including but not limited, to ICMP PING, TCP Port, HTTP Request, Network Port Bandwidth, SNMP Disk Space, Disk Performance, CPU, Memory, and Uptime. Clients can also set alert notifications to be delivered to particular email addresses or via SMS when specific thresholds are exceeded. An easy-to-use GUI (graphical user interface) supports users in the setting of all variables for a particular monitor through point & click and simple suggestive forms.

Optionally, RackCorp can also take steps during an incident to restart services, servers, or follow an escalation process. Our average response time to an incident is under 2 minutes.
