24/7 Monitoring

Globally, all datacentres, networks, and infrastructure services are continuously managed and monitored by our NOC (Network Operations Centre) around the clock. Real-time monitoring and ‘trend analysis’, where data is collected and analysed for patterns of activity (or non-activity), provides our teams with the information to ensure that we maintain the best possible conditions for our clients to operate in the highest performance, reliability, and security environments
Our platform allows for clients to configure monitoring alerts for their infrastructure and applications so that their internal teams can receive system notifications.
These configurable monitoring options include ICMP PING, TCP Port, HTTP Request, Network Port Bandwidth, SNMP Disk Space, Disk Performance, CPU, Memory, Uptime, and many more.
Clients can also set alert notifications to be delivered to particular email addresses or via SMS when specific thresholds are exceeded. An easyto-use GUI (graphical user interface) supports users to set all the variables for a particular monitor through point & click and simple suggestive forms.

Industry leading response times

Clients that select our critical response option will enjoy an average ticket response time of one and half minutes. RackCorps NOC is tasked with ensuring our clients enjoy the highest performance, reliability and security available anywhere in the world. Our network visibility lets us look for anomalies in outbound connections from services, known attacks and exploits, and suspicious traffic profiles

Maximum Service Visibility

RackCorp's monitored SIEM can very quickly allow our NOC to determine incident risk levels and quickly cut off hackers in real time. Hackers often attack servers and networks months in advance of data ex-filtration or damage. RackCorp has always been big promoters of having visibility over services which almost always makes hacker activity very obvious
